Round 1 – Compulsory Poses:


Dress

Competitors must wear a two piece bikini which may be of any colour or style providing it conforms to normal standards of decency and cover a minimum half of the buttocks. High heels of any style or colour must be worn in this round.


Procedure

All competitors will file on stage where they will be taken through the 5 compulsory poses. Eg: From double bicep, side chest, rear double bicep, side triceps and abdominal and thigh. Judges may call for comparisons. These poses to be done using open hands and with grace and poise. The transition between poses should be smooth and flowing.


Judging Criteria

Judges will be looking for the best toned and shaped body, taking into account skin colour and texture, hair and facial presentation and overall feminine attractiveness. The body should have lean full balanced muscles. The skin tone should be even and well tanned. Jewellery may be worn. Over muscularity and excessive definition will be marked down.


Round 2 – Quarter Turns:


Dress

Competitors must wear a two piece bikini which may be of any colour or style, providing it confirms to normal standards of decency and covers a minimum half of the buttocks. High heels of any style or colour must be worn in this round.


Procedure

All competitors will file on stage where they will be taken through the quarter turns. Judges may call for comparisons.

 

Judging Criteria

Judges will be looking for the same qualities as round one with additional regard to firmness, symmetry, proportion and overall physical appearance.
Prejudging will consist of compulsory poses
Finals will consist of compulsory poses and quarter turns with only quarter turns being judged.
Each competitor will be brought out individually and will go through compulsory poses then all athletes will perform the quarter turns together.
Judges may call for comparisons.
